Shipping

We are delighted to offer you free UPS Ground shipping on any item of $500 or more. If you choose an upgrade, such as Next Day or Saturday Delivery, you will only be charged the difference.

Once your order has been carefully packaged it will be shipped fully insured via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If we must ship to a P.O. Box, we will ship via USPS Registered Mail. Delivery may take up to a week and a signature is required for this service.

Delivery Time

- UPS Ground- normally arrives 1-5 business days after shipment, depending on the distance from New York City.
*Please allow 2-5 business days for GROUND shipments outside of the New York City area.

- UPS Next Day- will arrive the next business day after leaving our showroom.

- UPS 2nd Day- arrives the 2nd business day after leaving our showroom.

- UPS Saturday Delivery- for packages shipped on Fridays only. Delivery is guaranteed to arrive on Saturday. Upon request only.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

To protect our customers from fraud, DeNatale.com, reserves the right to ship only to addresses that match the billing address and account or security numbers of your credit card.

1. If you are sending a gift to another address, we may contact you for additional information.

2. If you would like your order shipped to your place of work or another more convenient destination, we ask that you contact your issuing bank and inform them of your alternate address. We will then verify this information, and ship your package.
