Return Shipping

Your selection must be met with total satisfaction or you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or a replacement. The only exceptions to our liberal return policy are for personalized, engraved, or special-order items. To return an item to us, please follow the procedures below:

- Include all original packaging materials as well as the packing slip.

- For security reasons, do not use the word Jewelry or Jeweler on the return label.

- Returns should be sent to:

- We recommend using UPS or the US Postal Service. You may of course choose another service, providing they offer the necessary insurance.
* Please insure your package for the total amount of each item being returned.

- If you are returning an item due to a defect or error in shipping, we will issue a UPS Call Tag and a driver will pick the item up at the original delivery address.

* DeNatale Jewelers will not be responsible for losses or damage of return shipments.
